On Friday, Sep 13, we will check in for a 2-night stay at the CrystalWood Lodge, nestled on 130 secluded acres between National Forest and National Wildlife Refuge lands, just south of Crater Lake National Park. The lodge features 8 guest rooms, a commercial kitchen, and a large great room for indoor gatherings for groups up to 20+ people. Accommodations will be paid by the club. Food is not included.
Besides biking, other outdoor activities available from the lodge include canoeing, kayaking, fishing, birding, and hiking. The lodge is also pet friendly.
On Saturday, Sep 14, we will take the short drive up to Crater Lake National Park to participate in Ride The Rim. The course circumnavigates Crater Lake. The East Rim is closed to automobiles, which provides a unique opportunity to enjoy the magnificent vistas.
