In partnership Clif Family, Eagle Cycling Club leads one Sunday ride per month between March and October that begins and ends at the Clif Family Tasting Room, 709 Main Street in St Helena. All rides meet at 8:45 a.m. and roll promptly at 9:00 am. Helmets are required. All non-Eagle Cycling Club members are required to sign a liability waiver.
Leaving Clif Family, we will take Pope St to the Silverado Trail, head south to Sage Canyon Rd (Highway 128), then go up past Lake Hennessy and Nichelini for a regroup at Turtle Rock. From there we will follow the Lake Berryessa shoreline north on Knoxville Rd, turn left on Pope Canyon Rd, and have a second regrouping at the Pope Valley store. Leaving there we will climb the Ink Grade, descend down White Cottage Rd, then Deer Park Rd to the second Sanitarium Rd. We will turn right, then left on Crystal Springs Rd, left on the Silverado Trail, and right on Pope St to return to Clif Family. This ride is 55 miles and includes about 4,500 feet of climbing.
