This event is a fund-raiser for the Skyline Park Trail System. All profits are donated to the Park which is a non-profit organization. One dollar from race fee will go to Nor Cal High School Mountain Bike League.

RACE SPECIFICS

    • 400 Racer limit
    • 5 riders to make a class, some small classes may be combined
    • Race is held under NORBA  permit and insurance
    • Riders must wear approved helmets at all times in the park
    • First Aid available

RACING LICENSE
An annual or one-day USA CYCLING  racing license must be presented at registration.
Licenses available for purchase at the race. However, if you are planning on purchasing or renewing your license, this is best done online at www.usacycling.org and printing an authorization to ride to bring to the race.

COURSE A fun, demanding and challenging course. 8 miles & 1600 feet of climb per lap (subject to change) 80% single track. Uses parts of the 1999 World Cup course. Number of laps to be determined by category.

AWARDS
$300 Pro/Elite/Expert purse. Awarded by fastest times to the top five male and female finishers. Medals to third place in all classes.

PARKING
There is no charge for parking if you enter through the west gate (1/4 mile before the main entrance to the park). Parking fee $5.00 if entering through the main gate.

CAMPING
Skyline Park has overnight camping available for tents and R.V.'s. For information on camping, call the park at 707-252-0481.

IMPORTANT!
- If you warm up on the roads outside the park, please ride single file and obey the traffic laws
-Food and Beverages will be available to purchase.

REGISTRATION

RACE TIME:

  • 9:50 am racers meeting
  • 10:00 am race start. Four starts at 2 minute intervals
  • 1:30 pm awards
  • 2:00 pm raffle for all racers

DIRECTIONS:

  • Skyline Park 2201 Imola Avenue Napa, CA 94558.
  • From 101, take highway 37 east to 29 in Vallejo, North on 29 to Napa, bear right at Lake Berryessa exit to Imola Avenue, Right on Imola, one mile to park.
  • From East Bay take 80 east to highway 37/Napa exit, take 37 to 29, north on 29 to Napa, bear right at Lake Berryessa exit to Imola Avenue, right on Imola.
  • From Sacramento, take 80 west to highway 12/Napa exit, take 12 to 29, north on 29 to Napa, bear right at Lake Berryessa exit to Imola Avenue, right on Imola.
