Held under USCF rules and permit.  RAIN OR SHINE.  Standard release form.  Numbers provided.  2006 USCF racing license must be presented.  One day license available for unlicensed riders.  Free lap rule applies. This race is part of the NCNCA Junior Point Series.

PRIZES:  Cherry pie + cash to first three places, all other places cash only.

*     Masters 35+, 45+, and 55+ limited to Cat 1,2,3, or 4 riders only.

**   Juniors split 10-12, 13-14, Women 10-14;  and 15-16, 17-18, Women 15-18.  HPV’s split no faring, partial fairing, full fairing.  Pies to top three in each category.

***  Women 1,2,3’s split $340/6 places; Women 4’s and Masters split $130 each/3 places.  Masters 45+ splits $250/6 places, Masters 55+ splits $130/3 places.

**** Top three places get cherry pies only, no cash.

 

REGISTRATION:    Above listed fees are for pre-registration postmarked prior to Feb 6.    $5 late fee for day-of registration. Payable to: Eagle Cycling Club, 3335 Solano Ave., Napa, CA 94558.  Enclose standard release form. Under 18 needs parent or guardian signature.  Same day registration opens at 6:30am and closes 15 minutes before start of each event.  Entry fee includes NCNCA surcharge. Current District Champions- $2 if pre-registered.  Second race category- $5 entry.

 

COURSE:  Same as last year.  One mile closed loop in Napa Valley Corporate Park.  One moderate hill at start/finish, two 90 degree right turns, one looping right, sharp left turn, one 180 degree turn at top of hill.  This may be our last year on this course due to construction!

 

DIRECTIONS:  From SF take 101 north, 37 exit (Napa), 121 left turn at light (Napa), follow directions to Napa, at “T” take right (hwy 29), go over river on bridge and take right at light (Soscol Ferry Rd) into race area.  From Sacramento take 80 south, 12 exit (Napa) west, at 3rd light take right (hwy 29) and next left (Soscol Ferry Rd) into race area.

From East Bay, take 80 west to 37 west. Turn right on Hwy 29, left on Soscol Ferry Rd.
